Less fur on the sofa, not more in the air. A rechargeable spray brush that dampens the coat so loose hair stays in the teeth.
Description
Brushing a shedding pet often makes the fur problem worse before it gets better. Dry, loose hair lifts off the coat and floats around the room, landing on the sofa you were trying to protect. Ten minutes later you need a lint roller for yourself.
This cat steam brush keeps the fur where you want it: in the brush. It works on dogs too. Press the button and a fine water spray dampens the coat. Loose hair clings to the damp teeth instead of drifting away. A short session between baths, and there is noticeably less fur on Monday’s black trousers.
Purpose: a pet spray grooming brush for the fur between baths
Full baths are a big job, and most pets do not need one every week. The loose undercoat does not wait for bath day, though. It sheds onto every surface in the house.
A light spray changes how brushing works. Damp hair sticks together and to the brush, so it comes away in clumps you can lift off and throw away. Less of it ends up in the air, and the session feels calmer for pets who dislike the dry static of a normal brush.
The cost of skipping the brush
Loose coat that stays on your pet ends up on the sofa, the car seat and your clothes. Each of those takes longer to clean than ten minutes of brushing. A quick weekly session saves time across the whole house.

Materials & make: how the spray brush works
The brush has a plastic body with brush teeth on one side and a small water tank inside. It charges by USB, so there are no batteries to buy or replace.
- Fill the small tank with clean water.
- Press the button once to start the fine spray.
- Brush in the direction of the coat, in short strokes.
- Lift the loose fur off the teeth as it collects.
- Empty the tank when you finish and let it air dry.

Two colours
Milk brown or porcelain white. Both work the same way. One brush comes in the box.
Fit: which pets the spray brush suits
Sizing: One size, made for cats and dogs who already accept a brush.
- Short and medium coats: the spray reaches the skin easily.
- Long coats: work in sections and lift the top layer as you go.
- Cats: start with short sessions and keep the spray away from the face.
Where to use something else
Mats and tangles need a comb or a groomer before any spray brush. Keep the spray away from eyes, ears and broken skin, and use the brush on a dry, healthy coat.
Introducing it to a nervous pet
Let your pet sniff the brush while it is switched off. Brush a few strokes without spray, then add one short spray away from the head. Reward calm behaviour and stop while your pet is still relaxed. With patience, it usually becomes part of the routine.
How often to brush
Once a week suits most short-coated pets. During heavy shedding seasons in spring and autumn, two or three short sessions a week keep the loose coat under control. Long-coated pets need more frequent brushing to stay tangle-free. Keep each session short, end on a calm note, and your pet will learn to expect it rather than avoid it.
The day it is for
Sunday reset. Ten quiet minutes on the floor with your pet across your lap, and loose fur coming away in neat clumps. Then less fur on Monday’s black trousers, and a sofa that stays cleaner through the week.
Our guide to deshedding without a full bath sets out a weekly routine around it. The Sunday Reset Set pairs the brush with the Soft Handbag Carrier. Care
- Empty the tank after each use and let it air dry with the cap open.
- Wipe the teeth with a damp cloth to remove fur and dust.
- Recharge before the battery runs flat.
- Store it with the tank empty, away from heat.
Questions about the pet spray grooming brush
How does the spray work?
Fill the small tank with water and press the button. The brush releases a fine spray that dampens the coat, so loose fur collects in the teeth instead of floating around the room. Empty the tank after each session.
How do I charge it?
It charges by USB. There are no replaceable batteries, so charge it between sessions and store it with the tank empty.
Can I use it on a cat?
Yes. It is made for both cats and dogs. Introduce it slowly, spray away from the face and stop if your cat pulls away. Short sessions work best.
Does it replace a bath?
No. It removes loose fur between baths. When your pet is dirty or smelly, a proper bath with shampoo is still the right tool.
Can I put shampoo in the tank?
Use clean water only. Shampoo can clog the spray and leave residue on the coat.
Is it noisy?
The spray is gentle. Let your pet see and sniff the brush first, and start with a few strokes without spray if they are unsure.
