How to measure: Measure your pet sitting down before you choose. They should be able to sit and lie down inside.

Measuring your pet

With your pet sitting, measure from the floor to the top of the head, and from the chest to the tail. Compare those numbers with the height and length of each size. Leave a few centimetres of room so your pet can turn and settle.

Getting your pet used to the bag

1. Leave the bag open on the floor at home with a soft blanket inside.
2. Drop a treat inside and let your pet explore it on their own.
3. Close it for a minute while you sit nearby, then open it again.
4. Take a short walk around the block before the first café trip.

What to pack for a short outing
