Everything your pet sitter needs, in one place. A 29-page printable pack for dogs and cats: routines, house notes, visit logs, a vet form and emergency info. Instant download.
Description
The sitter arrives, you hand over the keys, and an hour after you leave the questions start. How much does the cat eat? Where is the spare lead? What is the Wi-Fi password, and which vet should they call if something goes wrong?
This pet sitter printable answers those questions before they are asked. You fill it in once, leave it on the kitchen counter, and your sitter finds feeding amounts, medication steps, house notes and the emergency vet without texting you. You get a daily log back, so you know how every day went.
Purpose: a pet sitter printable that answers the questions first
Most sitter notes are a page torn from a pad, written the night before you leave. Something always gets missed. This pack walks you through it a few days ahead, one page at a time, so nothing important lives only in your head.
The Sitter Quick Guide puts the essentials on one page: your dates and phone number, feeding, medication, house rules and a daily tick log. The pages behind it hold the detail for when the sitter needs more.

About the vet form
The Vet Care Authorisation lets your sitter take your pets to a vet if they cannot reach you, up to a spending limit you choose. It is a simple template, not a legal document. Some clinics ask you to use their own form, so check with yours before you travel.
The day it is for
You are on a train with no signal when the sitter notices the cat has not touched her breakfast. She opens the pack. Your notes say to try the wet food in the fridge, and to call the vet if nothing is eaten by evening. The vet’s number is on the same page. By the time your phone reconnects, there is a report card waiting: ate all of dinner, curled up on the windowsill.
For full health records, the Pet Health Binder pairs well with this pack. More printable tools are on our tools page.
Care
Keep the printed pages in a ring binder near the front door or the food cupboard. Update the routine and medication pages when something changes, and print fresh visit logs before each trip. If you would rather not write door or alarm codes down, leave them blank and text them to your sitter.
The pack is an organising tool, not veterinary or legal advice. Ask your vet about your pets’ medical care.
